专利摘要:
57 The ear tag comprises a male part (1) having a stem (4) with a head portion (6) at one end, the head portion (6) forming an external shoulder (8), and a female part (12) with an opening (16) through which the head portion can be passed. The area surrounding the opening (16) forms a shoulder (24) which engages with the shoulder (8) of the head portion to lock the head portion in place. A hollow boss (18) is formed with the female part and encloses the opening (16) and head portion when it has been passed through the opening. A collar (26) is located within the boss (18), this collar having an internal rim (30) which abuts the shoulder (24) of the female part. The collar (26) is made of material which has a softening temperature higher than that from which the boss (18) is formed and is deformable to enable said head portion (6), when engaged through said opening (16), to pass the internal rim (30) and become located with the collar such as to be retained by the collar within the boss (181.

专利说明:

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to an otic tag for labeling animals.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of fixing the tag on the animal.
Fig. 1 shows an ear tag for marking animals, a partial section j in Fig. 2 is the same, after connecting two parts together, a longitudinal section; in Fig. 3, an embodiment of a female ear tag covering, a vertical section; figure 4 is the same, side view, section.
The ear tag contains the female part 1 and the female part 2. Part 1 is formed by a plate 3, from which a finger 4 protrudes. A head 5 is formed at the end of a finger 4 and forms a protruding shoulder 6. A plate 3, a finger 4 and a part of the head 5 are molded in one piece. from elastic plastic, for example polyurethane. The tip 7 is cast together with the head, and a cone is formed. The finger 4 is hollow, so that the rod of the tag attachment tool can interact with the finger in order to be forced into the handpiece 7.
Item 2 is formed by a plate 8 having the form shown in. The plate 8 includes a hole 9, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the finger 4. The diameters of the hole 9 and the finger 4 are such that the bite is sufficient to allow the finger to rotate inside the hole. The protrusion 10 is located above the hole 9 and has a cylindrical shape.
The protrusion 10 forms a cylindrical cavity 11, which is open to the outside only through the opening 9. The diameter of the cavity 11 is larger than the diameter of the opening 9 and actually has a diameter that is significantly larger than the largest cross-section of the head 5 of the part 1. The material around the opening 9 forms an annular flange 12 forming sufficiently rigid support to hold the sleeve 13 inside the cavity 11.
A cylindrical sleeve 13 is placed inside the cavity 11 (FIG. 2), and the diameter of the sleeve 13, when the head is located in the sleeve 13, is smaller than the diameter of the cavity 11. The sleeve 13 is provided at its lower end with a collar 14, which forms a hole 15 having a diameter smaller than finger 4.

The cylindrical cavity 11, the sleeve 13 and the hole 9 are located with the axis. The sleeve 13 is made expanding with a longitudinal slit. In a relaxed or initial condition of the sleeve, its internal diameter is less than the maximum cross-sectional diameter of the head 5. Accordingly, when the head 5 of the part 1 passes through the hole 15 of the sleeve 13 in order to be placed in the sleeve 13-, the base 16 of the head 5 expands the sleeve 13 so so that it acquires a diameter greater than its initial diameter. Accordingly, the head 5 of the part 1 is firmly held in the sleeve 13. The interaction of the finger and the hole 15 provides a tight grip of the finger with the edge of the sleeve. When the head 5 is inside the sleeve, the outer diameter of the sleeve is still smaller than the internal cavity 11, so that the sleeve can rotate in it. Since the head and finger are firmly clamped by the sleeve, the sleeve, head and finger can rotate as one unit.
In the ear tag assembled in this way, the head of the part 1 is held inside the sleeve 13 and can be removed by applying a significant pull to the rod (more than 35dN). Such a force usually leads to detachment of the head from the finger 4. This leads to such damage to the parts 1 and 2 that none of them can be reused
The sleeve 13 is made of rigid material, which may be plastic, such as polyamide with fiber reinforcement, such as fiberglass, or without it. In an embodiment, the sleeve 13 may be made of a metal having good elasticity. Thus, a sleeve is made of a material that softens only at a relatively high temperature and is clearly above the softening temperature of the elastic plastic forming the female part. This is a relatively high temperature, which is usually not reached under the conditions of the surrounding atmosphere.
The sleeve 13 also has a strain factor when a voltage is applied, which is higher than that used for part 2. Consequently, a random or special increase in temperature capable of softening the protrusion 10 will not change the shapes of the sleeve 13 "In order for
break the coupling of the sleeve 13 and the protrusion
10, it is necessary to completely destroy the protrusion. Such destruction is noticeable and therefore excludes reuse of the ear tag.
The fully enclosed protrusion 10 eliminates the separation of parts 1 and 2. As a result, the proposed ear tag cannot be disassembled without destruction and practically forms a tag with protection against forgery.
It is necessary that the axial length of the sleeve 13 was less than the length of the cavity
11, the sleeve is then allowed to slide in the cavity. The slot 17 in the sleeve 13 is wide enough to allow the sleeve to be compressed
so that the outer diameter can be sufficiently reduced to allow installation of the sleeve in the cavity 11 through the opening 9. This means that part 2 can be cast and the sleeve is inserted after casting. The sleeve is made of an elastic material in order to retain its original shape as soon as it is inside the cavity. The sleeve is opened in the cavity, with the result that its removal becomes impossible. This elasticity also facilitates the installation of the head 5 through the opening 15 of a smaller diameter and the rigid fixation of the head at the inner edge 14 held by the shoulder 12 of the part 2.
The presence of a sleeve of rigid material in the protrusion also allows this protrusion to be cast with a thin wall. The wall of the protrusion has an increased thickness of the cross section (FIG. 2). The increased thickness of the plastic in the area of the opening 9 provides sufficient support with the shoulder 12 to hold the sleeve 13 in the closed projection 10.
In the embodiment of the part 2 (FIGS. 3 and 4), the main part of the plate 8 has a much smaller cross-sectional thickness than its part 18, in which an opening 9 and a protrusion 10 are made. Part 18 is connected to the main part of the plate 8 via a transverse transverse section 19 which has a diminishing thickness. This transition section 19 is located on a section where the sides 20 of part 18 are evenly bent in the direction of transition to the main part of the plate.

Such a design leads to a decrease in stress concentration; in the isthmus due to the curved side edges 21, at the same time it allows the support part 18 to be made with a greater cross-sectional thickness than the main part of the plate, resulting in an increase in the strength of the support part 18.
